Internal tools: keep the system running, don’t complicate it
Many internal systems wear themselves out on practical tasks: chasing, compiling, finding, distributing. We build small applications that absorb these tasks, designed to be used without a manual, because a tool that has to be explained will be bypassed.
What we build most often
- Tracked onboarding path: who arrives when, who does what, what has been done, what has not.
- Field feedback: a short form, accessible from a phone, whose responses arrive already sorted.
- Distribution to teams without a work email address, by display screen, by mobile or by scannable code.
- An internal directory that is genuinely up to date, a constant request that is rarely met.
- Tracking of an ambassador programme or an editorial plan, without a shared spreadsheet that has become unreadable.
Why us rather than a software vendor
Because market platforms are designed for the average company and billed per user per month, indefinitely, for a product of which you will use a fraction of the functions. A tool built for you fits the way you work, where off-the-shelf software asks you to change it.
And because we start from the organisational problem, never from a specification: that is the purpose of the Innovation Workshops, which identify and cost the lost time before any development is considered.

Our scope
What we do not do
- We do not replace a human resources information system or a candidate management tool.
- We do not develop critical systems or tools that handle payroll or health data.
- You buy a tool and you own it. The source code belongs to you and each tool is delivered with a maintenance contract.
How we work
Innovation Workshop at €2,500 excl. VAT, then a separate proposal for each tool, at a fixed price. Hosting wherever you decide, including with you.
Frequently asked questions
Why does a communications agency build tools?
Because the sticking point of a small application has never been the code but the wording of the problem, and because an internal tool almost always fails for lack of use, not for lack of technique.
How much does a tool cost?
It is quoted after the workshop, once the need is written down and the gain estimated.
And our data?
It stays where you decide. We work for sectors where external hosting is ruled out.
