Internal publishing: what circulates and what lasts
Print remains the only medium that reaches everyone in an industrial company: shift teams, workshops, building sites, and households. We design, write, lay out and have produced the materials that carry the internal voice, issue after issue.
What we produce
- Internal magazine: editorial design, on-site reportage, writing, layout, printing and distribution logistics.
- Welcome booklet and arrival folder: what the newcomer needs to understand before their first day.
- Social report, HR review, equality index, regulatory documents formatted and made readable.
- Anniversary book and company book, for a fiftieth anniversary, a merger or the end of a programme.
- HR campaign materials: leaflets, workshop displays, kits for managers, site signage.

Our scope
What we do not do
- We do not launch a magazine without a commitment to at least three issues: a title discontinued after the first does more harm than no title.
- We do not write content that the works council (CSE) or the legal department could not have read.
How we work
Per issue, or through an annual internal editorial subscription that covers three or four publications, the editorial line and production. The subscription is the most economical option and the only one that guarantees regularity.
Frequently asked questions
Does paper still make sense?
In industry, yes. It is the only format that reaches teams without a work email address, and the only one that circulates in the changing room and then at home, where it also speaks to families.
Who writes the articles?
We do, based on reportage at your sites. Over time, the best approach brings in a core group of internal correspondents whom we train and support.
How many issues a year?
Three or four. Beyond that, few companies can keep up the pace of producing material.
