Conventions and events: the moment when everyone listens
A convention is the only moment of the year when the whole company is attentive at the same time. It is also the largest internal communications budget and the one most often wasted, because it is treated as a logistics production instead of a moment of meaning.
What we produce
- Company conventions and manager seminars: storyline, scenography, content, speaking materials, filming.
- Multi-site roadshows, to carry the same message to distant factories without centralising everything.
- Open days and family days, which are an underestimated retention lever in industry.
- Internal ceremonies: long-service medals, company anniversaries, award presentations, retirement send-offs.
- University careers fairs and recruitment fairs: stand design, materials, preparing the engineers who staff the stand.
- Trade shows, when the set-up also serves recruitment.
What we deliver
| Service | Content |
|---|---|
| Design | Storyline, sequencing, allocation of speaking slots, arbitration of content. |
| Scenography and materials | Set, signage, presentations, videos, objects, stand and furniture. |
| Speaker preparation | Outlines, rehearsals, preparation for difficult questions. |
| Extension | Filming, playback for those absent, material reusable internally and for employer branding. |

Our scope
What we do not do
- We are not a travel agency or a caterer: we work with your suppliers or help you choose them.
- We do not design an event without knowing what it must leave behind once it is over. Without that answer, the budget is lost.
How we work
By the project, on quote, after a written scoping that sets the objective and the message to retain.
Frequently asked questions
How long before the event should we start?
Three to four months for a convention, six for a multi-site roadshow. Any less, and logistics takes over from content.
How do we extend the effect?
By producing, during the event, the material that will serve for the following six months: images, testimonials, short sequences. That is what makes the budget pay off.
Do we need to bring everyone together?
Not always. For distant industrial sites, a roadshow often costs less and reaches people better than a single gathering.
