Audiovisual and photography: your jobs, not a stock library

The number one warning sign on a careers page is the bought photograph: a candidate spots it in three seconds and concludes that the company has nothing real to show. We produce images of your sites, your teams and your jobs, which HR and communications can use for years.

What we produce

  • Jobs reportage: a day on site that produces a bank of real images, captioned and sorted by job.
  • Video portraits: short formats in which an employee explains their work, with no recited script.
  • Onboarding film: what the newcomer needs to understand about the company before their first day.
  • Internal podcast: the format that reaches teams on the move, on rounds or on shift.
  • Motion design: explaining a reorganisation, an agreement, a plan or a new tool in two minutes.
  • Filming and playback of a company convention, for those who could not attend.
  • Computer-generated images when the real thing cannot be shown, for reasons of site security or confidentiality.

Our scope

What we do not do

  • We do not write testimonials in place of employees and we do not make them rehearse.
  • We do not film without the written consent of each person filmed to use their image.
  • On a sensitive site, we work with your site security team and we accept its ruling without argument.

How we work

By the day for reportage, by the project for audiovisual productions. The source files and the rights belong to you, with no limit on duration or medium.

Frequently asked questions

Our sites are difficult to photograph.

That is common, for reasons of site security, safety or industrial confidentiality. There is almost always a framing, a detail or a recomposition that tells the story of the job without showing what cannot be shown.

How long do these images stay useful?

Two to three years in practice, provided they are sorted and captioned at the time of shooting. That is what makes the difference between an image bank and a folder of forgotten photos.

Do we need an actor?

No, and above all not. A hesitant employee is infinitely more credible than an at-ease actor.
