Ocom Talents is a brand of O’communication, an independent B2B communications agency since 2004, based in Paris La Défense and Toulouse.
Why this brand exists
Because the market treats two subjects separately that are in fact the same one. Employer branding agencies talk to candidates, internal communications agencies talk to employees, and almost none do both. Companies therefore pay for two providers, two messages, and the gap between them.
We have done internal communications for industrial companies for years, and corporate communications for employers facing hard-to-fill jobs. Bringing the two together under a single promise is the logical next step.
