Employer brand: what is already true at your company

An employer brand is not decided in a committee; it is observed, then put into words. Our work is to find what your employees spontaneously say about their jobs, to check that it is distinctive in your market, and to turn it into a promise that the workplace will not contradict.

Why so many employer promises look alike

Because they are written from the company’s stated values, which are the same everywhere: innovation, excellence, team spirit, purpose. An engineer who reads that on five sites in a row retains nothing.

What really sets an employer apart is more concrete and less flattering: the exact nature of the projects, the level of autonomy, the size of the teams, the time before working on a real subject, what you learn and what you do not do. Nobody copies these, because they are not true next door.

Our scope

What we do not do

  • We do not write a promise that the diagnostic contradicts. In that case, the work first addresses the gap.
  • We do not produce scripted testimonials or written portraits in place of the employee.
  • We do not guarantee any ranking in employer league tables.

How we work

As a project on a quote after the diagnostic, or as ongoing support on a fees basis.

Frequently asked questions

How long does an employer platform take?

Six to ten weeks, depending on the number of job families and the availability of the employees we need to interview.

Do we need to interview employees?

Yes, and it is non-negotiable. An employer promise written without them is a communicator’s promise, and it falls apart at the first job interview.

What if our employees say bad things about us?

Then you hear it from us rather than from a review site, and you have the choice to act. That is the purpose of the diagnostic.
