Employer reputation: what AI says about you
A candidate hesitating between two employers now puts the question to an assistant, which writes an answer drawing on two to seven sources. Those sources are rarely your careers site: they are review sites, forums and articles. Knowing what comes out of them has become a prerequisite.
What we measure
- Twenty questions asked as a candidate in your sector would ask them, across five engines, in a logged-out, time-stamped session.
- The sources these engines cite about you, and how old they are.
- What is said about your direct competitors on the same questions.
- The gap between these answers and the promise your careers site carries.

- We do not make a negative review disappear: we produce a better and more recent source.
- The timeframe for a measurable and stable effect is three to six months.

Frequently asked questions
Can a review be removed?
Rarely, and it is not the right battle. A model favours recent, detailed sources: producing better works better than trying to erase.
Should we block AI crawlers?
That would remove you from the answers without stopping review sites from appearing in them in your place.
Who owns this topic internally?
No one, most often. It falls between communications, human resources and marketing, which explains why it is dealt with nowhere.
